92 mustang wont start after new starter relay and starter. all u can hear is spining?

I just got back from the dealer and they say its a bad fly wheel and now i cant even push start it. Anyone have an idea of what it could really be. Oh they also tried to tell me my relay was wired wrong. I put the wires back on the terminals they had come off of oem relay. It ran fine that way before i installed a new relay.
