Is it normal to have like lumps/knots(not really sure which to call them) on a Episiotomy scar?

i just noticed that i have lumps/knots on my Episiotomy scar this may sound a lil confusing but they are like in my skin a hard u cant see them for the outside but there is one place on the lump/knot that like a lil bump an it blends in with me skin cant hardly see it or feel it....there is no pain no itching although i did make one bleed by mashing it!! sorry to sound so vulgar about this but i just noticed them an they were never there until after i had my Episiotomy done!! IS THIS NORMAL? I kinda of thought it may be scar tissue
