Help finding a top 40 song?

Okay, so it's still kinda played on the radio, like top 40 stations. It has a Latino sounding horn loop that they play throughout it. And the song sounds kind of techno/dance. There is also a chick singing, but she's hard to understand so that's why I don't know any of the lyrics to look up.
