Can you get your birth certificate and social security card replaced?

I had it in my room not too long ago, and now I cannot find it anywhere. I have looked everywhere thoroughly twice, and come up with nothing. I may need it for when I get my driver's license transferred over to Florida, and I believe my mother has suspicions about it and may have taken my folder with everything and hid it. She has gone through my room many times when I am not at home, and when I asked her if she had seen it she told me, "Why do you need it? It sounds pretty urgent." Instead of giving me a straight answer. I am 18 years old. Can I get these items replaced?
