PLEASE HELP... aggravated menacing?

Asked this question an hour ago no one helped... my ex boyfriend threatened to kill me for three hours straight... I went to the cops... he has court for aggravated menacing Wednesday and the prosecutor sent me a subpeona... I want to know the penalty for m1 in the state of ohio since he's not taking the deal..... PLEASE HELP
