Have i hit puberty yet?

Im still not sure if i have, im 15 turning 16 in september,and my phone is kinda deep,but sometimes my voice cracks still and i sound liek a little b-word sometimes when my voice cracks, i dont have that solid voice tone,im 5"9 and i think im still growing, about to be a junior in high school
