Have you ever actually saw a spirit and knew you were not hallucinating?

ps i love that show and two some of them are fake but some of them are real i work with a paranormal group we have senn some pretty weird stuff, but they do get paid for going on so....... maybe but i have had some pretty scary times with my group one time a felt a cold spot and i couldnt breath the "big guys" had to pull me out of there after i was out i was fine
