My dog digs all the time. Got a tip to share?

my dog is a MENACE! she digs up my garden and lawn, she rippes out plants and eats them. Its driving me crazy! Ive even chicken wired the garden, but she breaks through or under or just chews on the wire! how do I stop my dog from digging?
