What type of crime is this guy committing?

This guy has been working the system for what seems his whole life. Anyways I've known this guy for 15+ years and ever since I've known him he's probably had 60 houses he's rented. He only lives in the house for a couple months than he gets evicted and go to court and you know the whole ordeal. But he always gets a house with never any intentions of staying there for a long period because he cant afford to do it. He's on S.S.I. also but how is that when he's never had a legit job? Anyways back to the topic. It's like a pattern he gets a house, then gets evicted a couple months later, and before he leaves because of the eviction he already has another house to stay in because I guess he gives some type of false info to landlords? I don't know but there must have been dozens and dozens of landlords that have brought him to court. And I believe he was jailed only once because of this back in 2009. I mean shouldn't this guy already be doented by now? Credit wise? Or does he give false info to landlords? Or what can it be? He got in trouble already for having no liscense for a cement business he was running. He's also an alcoholic, wifebeater, kid abuser, and much more but I'm not going to get into that. So what type of crime do you think he is committing in order to make a living? I'm tired of a hard working individual such as myself who works 3 jobs and is struggling barely making it by on the verge of homelessness.. and this guy doesn't do nothing but collect welfare checks and S.S.I. and he's a menace to society. What type of crime you think he may be committing to have a decent life?
