Why is he acting this way?

The first time i noticed him watching me was he was playing with his younger sisters outside while holding the football i was walking from the front door of the hotel but he stood looking at me for them few seconds he looked str8 into my eyes, i looked into his eyes for them few seconds until i had walked bye him the next time year i saw him was at the elevator where he was facing the elevator,while there he would NEVER turn around look at the people around him- his hands where shanking (nervous). he would start to try and turn his head around an small bit (haft of his face) to the right size(the size I was on behind him- no one noticed him just me) I noticed him looking at me with the corner for a few seconds (I was looking str8) of his eye he looked away at the elevator floor level thing- acting normally again in another few second he would start looking again but my family where there too. its an small family ran hotel. Then once when he came into the room to do something I kept looking at him until he turned around; he notice me and then he looked shocked or worried and walked on, But does he sound gay or str8 ?. why is he acting.???
